i need the meaning for failure code : U4S81D-9227G1-MFGK6K-608W03 meaning please it also boot loops when you force boot the laptop

Hi:
You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
Since the code is indicating an imminent failure of the hard drive, if you can still get into Windows, back up any files you need to save onto a portable hard drive.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
HP Notebook PCHP 240 G5 Notebook PCHP 246 G5 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide
You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).
After you replace the drive, use another PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer and the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the cloud recovery tool...You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery drive with.
