HP EliteBook 8440p Notebook PC
Hi, the fingerprint reader gradually doesn't recognise my fingerprints. It's an old machine now, I set the fingerprints about 15 years ago and I have got and my fingers more creased and wrinkly. I have tried to manage my fingerprints, but in order to gain access to that I have to get it to recognise my fingerprints. Although I can access the laptop via the fingerprint reader after a lot of tries sometimes, I cannot get the fingerprint manager to recognise me. I can access the computer with the password but can't find any way to access the fingerprint manager with my password.
Catch 22 ??? or is there a way around it ?
Thanks Sarge
