Please help to recover my admin password

HI @55354350 ,

Recovering bios admin password is litte diffucult as bios credentials moslty gets saved in cmos battery

You can try manul procedure by following steps 

1.Clear the CMOS battery:
Find the video by hp support to understand how to remove and reseat cmos battery:

Note: if you are confident and well aware about opening  then only try this step otherwise you can go for step 2.

2. Operating Reocovery(O.S Reinstallation) :If you are not concerned about your data then operating system reinstallation should resolve the issue using hp cloud recovery client installation or media creation tool that requires 32 GB pendrive
