ACPI BIOS ERROR. upgraded 8 gig ram to 16 gig. Have not had any problems. just did a reboot and got the error.
will not boot from cdrom or usb. Ran a hardware check and came up with an error. Replaced motherboard and now do not get ACPI BIOS ERROR but boots and tries to go to recovery but simply reboots and tries again. Doesn't matter if I try to boot from USB OR CDROM I get the same issue. Tried tech support at BEST Buy but they wouldn't even look at the machine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This is the only way to fix that error that I am aware of because it has happened to dozens of forum members with that model or similar models with that series of AMD processors as is indicated in this discussion:

Go into the BIOS find the TPM security device setting and change it from available to hidden.
Save the setting, restart the PC and the error should be resolved.
