hard disc error code on my Envoy laptop

I have a hard disc error code on my Envoy laptop and cannot boot up.  Extensive test results in disc failure code 0TVB847Q5AKRXG2MG60Q903.  Where are the error codes located so I can determine the error and possible remedy?
