Buongiorno Comunity HP,

mentre stavo guardando un video  navigando nel web ad un certo punto si è  il pc si è bloccato (ovvero sul monitor  il video  si era fermato in una immagine fissa, qualsiasi comando (anche ctrl+alt+canc) non funzionava, così come il mouse e la spia del simbolo della rete  wifi era diventata rossa). A quel punto ho spento "brutalmente" il pc tenendo premuto il tasto di accensione.

Ho acceso il pc, compariva la seguente schermata:

"Hard Disk Error
Please run the Hard Disk Test in System Diagnostics
Hard Disk 1 (3F1)
F2 Sistem Diagnostics"

dopo aver premuto F2,  il sistema visualizzava la Versione 1.11.0.0  del BIOS e e mi permetteva di scegliere l'unità da controllare: la Memorty Test o l'Hard Drive CHeck; ho scelto quest'ultima (Extensive Check). Dopo qualche minuto è apparso quanto segue:

SMART Check : PASSED
Long DST : FAILED
FAILUR ID : 0GE15X-7PDB3S-XD7WLJ-618K03
Hard Drive 1.

Appurato che c'è un errore  sul hard disk c'è la possibilità di recuperarlo con questo tipo di codice di guasto? inoltre, e possibile avviare il pc (S.O. Windows 10) in modalità provvisoria?

Hello Community HP,

while I was watching a video surfing the web at a certain point the pc crashed (i.e. on the monitor the video stopped in a fixed image, any command (even ctrl + alt + delete) did not work, as well as the mouse and the the wifi network symbol light had turned red). At that point I "brutally" turned off the PC by holding down the power button.

I turned on the pc, the following screen appeared:

"Hard Disk Error
Please run the Hard Disk Test in System Diagnostics
Hard Disk 1 (3F1)
F2 Sistem Diagnostics "

after pressing F2, the system displayed the BIOS Version 1.11.0.0 and allowed me to choose the drive to check: the Memorty Test or the Hard Drive Check; I chose the latter (Extensive Check). After a few minutes the following appeared:

SMART Check: PASSED
Long DST: FAILED
FAILUR ID: 0GE15X-7PDB3S-XD7WLJ-618K03
Hard Drive 1.

Having established that there is an error on the hard disk, is there a possibility to recover it with this type of fault code? also, is it possible to start the pc (OS Windows 10) in safe mode?
