hi . i think is something messed up power button does turn off laptop partially. i need to press it 5 seconds tu turn off, also when is on standby yo cannot wake up whatever yo do , only if you force shut down and reboot   . the same happened when i press the shut down button on windows menu . i check all settings on bios , device manager . and settings menu nothing can solve the issue
