Hi:

 

Your notebook does not have a UEFI BIOS.

 

If it did, you would see two sets of boot options in the F9 boot options menu--Legacy and (U)EFI.

 

What you do is to run the Rufus utility again to transfer your Windows ISO file but this time, select the MBR partition scheme, not GPT, and you should be able to boot from the legacy USB boot source.

OK, so you need to go into the F9 boot options menu, and select the UEFI USB Diskette on Key/USB hard drive device and press the Enter key.

The only other suggestion I can offer would be to see if disabling legacy mode gets the UEFI boot devices to show up.

 

If not, and if there is a boot from EFI file option, try that one.
