Product: HP Laptop 15s-fq2673TU

I bought an Hp Laptop 15s-fq2673TU, it got stuck an green screen error on stop code UNMOUNTED BOOT VOLUME. It won't even go to the lock screen to open cmpt. It got stuck on loop mode.
