i am try to install new version of
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics > 6.3.0.0
and its not appears on F2 ,whats happen ? its created partition HP_Tools and its not run,i am using last version of bios F67.
its install perfect no errors and not run ! have reboot many times and only appears normal bios F2 menu.

I understand you need to know how to install UEFI diagnostics on your PC.
Don't worry I will try to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?
I have checked the records and HP PC Hardware Diagnostics version 6.3 is the latest version.
Please download and install HP UEFI Support Environment 5.3.4.0 on your PC and check if it helps.

Also, you can download the UEFI diagnostics on a USB drive and run the diagnostics. Refer this article to know more information.
