Product: HP 2000 LAPTOP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I Plugged my laptop to the power and it dont powered on, suddenly it starts flashing caps lock light 2 time, and a orange light on wifi key. i found may be bios has a problem now laptop dont turns on . i want to update bios but i dont have acess to serial no to download correct bios software , and also no serial no. is written anywhere on laptop.. kindly help me what should i do.

HP Recommended

Have you checked under the battery for a serial number. You won't get far without a serial number or devices product number.
