Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there

when power button pressed the ac power light stays on (when connected to AC power connector) but the power light only stays on for 3 seconds then goes out the HDD light does not come on at all so won't post also it won't stay on long enough to go into BIOS have tried usual power up methods but no luck am freaking out can anybody help
