Product: HP EliteBook 820 G3 Base Model Notebook PC

hi,

When turning on the computer, it enters HP 3rd Party Option ROM Management mode and does not exit.

I have already updated the BIOS and firmware, removed the battery and keyboard, but nothing changes—it stays the same.

I even removed the SSD, but the issue persists.

Any solution???
