Hi @abood_a7a

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand the concern. After the BIOS was rewritten, your HP 450 G7 is now starting in Manufacturing Programming Mode, which typically indicates that the system-specific DMI information was not restored to the BIOS.

The information you are missing, such as:

• Feature Byte
• SKU Number
• Product Family

is normally programmed into the system board and is not usually available from the BIOS screen after a clean BIOS flash.

For your HP 450 G7 (Build ID: 8MH05EA#ABV), please try the following:

  1. Press Windows + R, type msinfo32, and check whether the SKU Number appears under System Information.
  2. Open HP Support Assistant and check if the product information is detected correctly.
  3. If the system information fields are blank, run the built-in hardware diagnostics:
    • Power off the notebook.
    • Turn it on and repeatedly tap F2.
    • Note any Product Name or System Board information displayed.

If the BIOS was programmed with a clean image and the DMI data was removed, the Feature Byte, SKU Number, and Product Family generally need to be re-entered using HP-authorized BIOS programming tools and the correct values for the notebook.

Please share:

  • The complete Product Name shown in System Information (msinfo32)
  • Whether the SKU Number field is blank or populated
  • Any photo of the "System is booting in Manufacturing Program Mode" message

With those details, we can guide you further and help verify what information is still available on the system.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
