hi , my little lad has a hp chromebook and tonight its decided it doesnt want to play, there are no mechanical sounds to it, no life aside from a solid white light on what i would presume to be the power light, not the charging port but the power light itself next to the headphones jack, left it plugged in to charge, tried the power and refresh button thing but thats not working. 

 

any ideas what this would be .
