The only Bluetooth driver available is for W7 and W10 should have automatically installed the driver.

 

HP EliteBook 8440p Notebook PC Software and Driver Details

 

If your notebook does not show a Bluetooth device manager category then your notebook either does not have the optional HP Bluetooth module or if you are running W10, the Bluetooth was turned off during the upgrade and you can't turn it back on again unless you use a trick.
