Hi Peakwa,
I am sorry, but to get your issue more exposure I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums since this is a commercial product.
You can do this at http://h30499.www3.hp.com/hpeb/

I have an eliet pad 900 G1 that I received as a small business user in Feb 2014 ( sent from germany) with only a 2 pin charger , although i am based in UK
worked ok for 10 months but now cannot switch on/power up. battery cant be removed from elite pad, so probelem either is with charger or with powering up of elite pad. I have tried pressing on switch down from 10 -30 sec even with volume held down, but this doesnt help
any quick fixes? if not, how can i test the charger ( which i have to use via a UK adaptor that does work - testedwith other appliances) v the elite pad power up?
Can I take it to a local HP UK service centre for testing and a quick fix - as mentioned still should be in warranty, although HP website claims warranty ran out on April 29 2014 ( which would only be 3 months after i received it direct from the Boeblingen factory

Hi all,
I have the same issue with my Elitepad G1000 which was a replacement for my elitepad G900 which had died at an early age. Now this one has died also, tried looking at the link provided but no help there as HP have split into two entities. checked online but apparently the warranty ran out three weeks after getting it, this has not been a good experienc HP, no point asking me if I have tried to swap power cords or use another socket for power or tried to to do a hard reset. I have been playing around with computers, software and IT for 30 years so I know most of the tricks (but always willing to learn more). Seems everywhere I look on the web people have experienced the same problem but noone has a fix for it other than send it back, maybe they should just be built to a better standard.
i am now about to take it to the local HP service reps who will tell me as it is out of date warranty w

*Do this to drain or discharge the device...
1. Unplug anything including the keyboard that is connected the X2.
2. Hold the power button in for a full (30) seconds.
3. Now press the power button once. You should see the blue HP symbol appear. Let it continue to boot.
4. Once Windows comes up attach the travel keyboard and dock.
