Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cc563st
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp pavilion 7265ngw won't turn on. No led nothing. completely off.

 

1. Tried without battery 

2. tried with battery and no charger

3. tried with both 

every time tried refreshing the static power. Did not work. Please help
