  • so i have this hp pavilion touchsmart 15 notebook pc which started giving me black screen for a long time now of recent i came across a video on youtube about capslock blinking fix and had similar issue so i had to try the process but getting to hp support site and search for my products bios update it gives result for 10-n013dx but i needed 15-n013dx but i tried anyway but did not work. i am hoping the right update will solve my issue. can someone help me

HP has retired support for your PC since it is more than 10 years old.

 

That is why you can't find any drivers for it.

 

I was able to find BIOS version F.17 for your notebook, so you can try making a recovery drive with this file.

 

Here are the info and exe file links to BIOS vF.17:

You will need to run the BIOS file on another Windows PC.
