Hp split 2x
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

When we went to shut down our HP split x2 it said Update & Shutdown or Update & Restart. It did the update and then shutdown. When we went to get back on the blue screen asking for an Administration password or Power on Password. We used the one we thought was suppose to be right and it's not working. How can I reset it so I can get into the computer?   The System Disabled code is............68157440
