I must be an idiot because I forgot the admin password I just made for this stream laptop. Now it gives me a code of  - i 50816032.

Also, when I attempt to make the usb flash drive to reinstall win10, it gets  almost done but then gives me an error code of

0x80070005-0xa001a

I used  CMD PRMPT diskpart to format the usb drive first, following the directions on the Microsoft website.

For the flash drive creation error...See if this works....

Download the ISO file from the media creation tool, and use the tool that I zipped up and attached below to transfer the file to a USB flash drive.

If that doesn't work, use the free Rufus utility to make the ISO file bootable on a USB flash drive.

Okay, one more question- the drivers. do I download those onto the usb drive I made to reinstall windows 10?

Hi:

First install W10 using the flash drive installer, and then you can use another flash drive to install the drivers.

Here's the wifi driver you need...Should be the only one you have to put on a flash drive.

This package contains the drivers for the supported Intel Wireless LAN adapters. This package is provided for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

Once the wifi is working you can DL the rest of the drivers directly onto the PC.
