Hi @jack12kp,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the "On-Screen Menu Lock" message on your HP w2207h monitor means that the on-screen display (OSD) controls have been locked, preventing you from making any adjustments via the buttons. This feature is designed to stop accidental changes, but it can be frustrating if you need to make adjustments.
To unlock the OSD:
- Turn on the monitor.
- Press and hold the Menu button for 10 to 15 seconds. This will unlock the OSD.
If the menu is unlocked but you're still experiencing issues with the buttons being unresponsive, try the following:
- Unplug the monitor from power for a few minutes and then plug it back in to reset it.
- Check the monitor buttons to ensure none are stuck or malfunctioning.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
