I have a HP 15 d80073ns product number 5cp 14ua#aba

 

after entering the wrong password three times on the admitting lock screen power up screen the code that is sent back to me is

 

694-4 21-771

I would recommend you to contact HP Support in your region for issue with the Power ON Password

 


1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
