I got brand new laptop hp 15-dw2010nm model intel corei7 10th generation, without windows 10 only free DOSS on it, wish to instal windows 10 from my USB drive but cant set legacy mode to do it, seems i have only UEFI mode which not suport usb. How to set legacy mode on that model, havent see that version of BIOS before....Thank you in advance

UEFI mode in and of itself does not prevent booting from USB as I am able to do that on an HP desktop.
The problem is one or both of two BIOS/UEFI settings:
1) Secure boot
2) Disable booting from portable devices
Both of these will prevent the USB stick from showing up in the Boot Devices menu, and that will prevent you from booting from it.
