Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9X9AV)
i have recently merge my c and f drive for storage but after; the; merge i was facing issues in Microsoft store related problem so I uninstalled store by using PowerShell but now i am unable to install store again and in my power shell showing an error message that it is running without console i m not a tech guy although I have use all techniques avail in YouTube but none solved my problem,

My suggestion: perform a fresh install your machine. You can keep all your files, programs and data. The following steps are for both Windows 10 and Windows 11.
1. Download ISO file from Microsoft and save on your machine
2. Mount downloaded ISO file as a DVD drive,
3. Run setup file and follow on screen instructions
Note: Please check to keep users files ...
