when I have started my computer correctly, I have a lag of about 2 seconds after 5 seconds but I don't know what that might be (this is every time)

My guess is that your PC is loading something that takes 2 seconds, on every boot.

You can find out what this is, but there is considerable work involved and it is tedious.

1) In the search area, enter MSCONFIG

2) When the Window opens, select the Startup tab -- look at the status and startup impact of each item

3) If any of the items say High Startup Impact, then those could be causing the delay

4) One at a time, Disable each High Impact item, close the Window, reboot -- see if that fixes the problem

5) Repeat step 4) until the problem is fixed. When that happens, the last item you disabled is causing the lag.

6) If the problem remains, then repeat the process with the Medium Startup Impact items.
