I need the Intel Rapid Storage Technology (IRST) drivers to reinstall windows 10 or 11 but I can't find the drivers under hp software and driver download for my specific Laptop. The serial # is 5cg3115962 and product id is 2w0h5av. Each time I get to the page where i am supposed to see my primary m.2 ssd,2gb, I only see the flash drive. When I tried to point to the IRST drivers i downloaded from hp, none of them work.

You can download Intel RST storage controller driver softpaq for your Intel Core 11th gen processor from this link and follow the steps below for the IRST driver installation.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp146501-147000/sp146929.exe
1. Use a Windows installation usb drive created with Microsoft Media Creation Tool (an ISO file-based installation usb drive tends to cause errors during the IRST driver installation).
2. Download Intel RST driver package above and run it as administrator and follow on-screen instructions to perform the driver extraction process.
3. Go to C:\SWSetup\sp146929. Double click the sp146929 folder and copy the F6 folder to the root directory of a Windows installation usb drive. The F6 folder contains IRST drivers which the installation setup needs to detect the storage drive.
4. Connect the usb drive to the notebook and boot the system from the usb drive. When asked where to install Windows, click on Load Driver. Click on Browse and click the usb drive in the window that opens. Click the F6 folder then OK.
5. Multiple driver files may be displayed. Select one and click Next.
6. The storage drive will be displayed with partitions if the drive has Windows installed previously. Delete all of the partitions to just see "unallocated space" and click Next to proceed the installation.
