i set a power on password and as i stopped using PC i forgot ,now i can't get in

I know we used to provide Disabled Bypass Codes -- but we don't do that anymore.

i guess this is just my bad luck again,,thanks anyway and i wish this solution improve HP and make it better ,i got about 50 app,email acc, all with different passwords and i don't write them down,, but i had to put this one exactly before my pharma exam ,i guess that is why i cant remember it ,i will figure it out in time anyway , am sure ,and  no am not living or even near ,,us or canada,,but yeah thanks for the info there it was really useful and saved me a lot of time i was going to waste on HP website to find how to,, while there is no How or anything .
