What caused the problem in the first place?
Power glitch? Upgrade to windows 11?
Microsoft or HP update? Add a new device, memory, etc?
BIOS upgrade that went wrong?
Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on. . Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.
Do not allow any updates if disk or memory fail, especially a BIOS update.
If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty
If you pass diagnostics then press F10 to enter BIOS
When in BIOS setup, press the function key to set or reset defaults. Be sure to save settings when you exit.
If you still cannot boot up then you will need to enter windows safe mode and do a repair of the files system.
let me know if you need to do this.

You need the intel RST driver to be re-installed.
The driver package can be downloaded here. It is for the Intel 10/11 generation CPU which you have
You will have to boot your system in safe mode to install the driver
Click here to see how to start your system in safe mode.
select 'safe mode" and reboot.
If you cannot install that RST driver then you can use cloud restore to recovery your system. You will lose all your documents with cloud restore.
Try that driver first.
