il prodotto non funziona bene

Si fa restart da solo e tutto a causa del windows , sembre accanto al mous si vede il simbolo del download ,e alcune volte mentre giocavo si ascatta per 2 secondi e poi funziona .
quando metto e collego al portatile  un HARD DISK esterno il portatile diventa lento un po
