laptop can't start

Laptop cannot enter the system and bios page. caps lock light working. making beep sounds only if I press any key. tried to connect monitor with HDMI prot, but still no image output. Can you tell me possible problems with it?

Thank you for your reply. it make beep sounds only if I press any key in key board. for example, if I press key a, b, it makes two beep sounds. it will not make any beep sounds, or flash power light if I just start it and do nothing. the caps lock light working good.

Sorry, but all we can do from here is provide diagnostic links.  If those don't pinpoint the problem, you have to seek out a local laptop repair facility and see what diagnostics they can run for you.
