My laptop completely shut's down for no apparent reason. it has happened twice and each time it happens a few seconds after i unplug the laptop from the charger when it is around >90%. First time it happened the laptop went all black and started making loud glitching noises until i pressed the power button, after I pushed the power button again it made two system updates and then the laptop went back to normal. Second time the same thing happened except for the glitching sounds and my wallpaper was gone. i have already deleted any files that could suggest a virus and I am at a loss, what could be the problem and how would i fix it?
