laptop shows error message says boot device failed. says press enter to continue and device shuts off

Hi,

Most likely it is a failed hard drive. Can you provide the exact model and product number of the notebook

I took laptop back to where I bought it. They sent it in for repair under manufacturers warranty. I bought this in Nov 2018. Thank you.
