Product: HP Laptop 15g-br0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Laptop 15g-br0xx. when I shut down and start the laptop it works well but when I get it restarted it will stop at hp logo and the loading wheel take turns infinity times.

Not sure what you're telling us ...

 

So, when you turn off the PC completely and then power it back on (known as a Cold Boot), then it starts OK?

 

But, when you simply restart it (known as a Warm Boot) it does not?
