Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop hp pavilion X360 got stuck while resetting it.

laptop has been stuck on," RESETTING THIS PC 48%" for a few hours now. Please help me out!

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

 

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

 

Please do not post the serial number.
