Hi @Aniket0303,
Thanks for engaging in HP support Forums! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips! I came across your post and wanted to assist you. I understand you are having issues with the computer taking long time to boot. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you resolve this issue.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Have you installed Mac OS instead of Windows? If so, I would request you to revert back to the original operating system using the recovery media.
Have you tried to run any test on the computer?
Have you tried to update the drivers either using Windows update or using HP Support Assistant?
Let's try these steps here:
Perform a Hard reset on the notebook: A power reset (or hard restart) clears all information from the computer's memory without erasing any personal data. Performing a power reset might fix conditions such as Windows not responding, a blank display, software freezing, keyboard stops responding, or other external devices locking up.
Run a System diagnostics test as well as a quick and extensive test on the Hard drive and Memory fro... (Please capture the failure ID for further assistance).
Next thing, that you could also do over here is to reduce the timeout to 3 seconds instead of 30 seconds from MSCONFIG - Press the Windows key + R - In the Run command type in: msconfig and hit OK. On the System configuration page Click on Boot Menu and then on the lower right to Timeout: please enter 3 seconds instead of 30 seconds. Click on Apply and then OK. This would restart the PC and now check how it performs.
For more assistance, please follow the steps suggested in the support document for - HP PCs - Computer Is Slow (Windows 10)
I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes for further assistance.
Eagerly waiting for your response!
I hope you have a good day ahead,
And Feel free to ask your queries as this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.
