Product: Hp laptop 15.6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop will not power on and the wifi light just flashes.  Does anyone know a trick to get it to power on ? I'm over seas and really need the files in this computer today for a job interview. Thanks

Hi,

First, try performing a power reset and see if it helps.

Basically remove any peripherals (USB drives...), remove ac adapter and battery, and press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds. Reattach ac adapter and boot the PC.
