laptop won't boot, keyboard, wifi button, and mute button all blink every 4.5 seconds

HP elitebook 840 G3, refurbished. 

When I try to boot, the keyboard backlight, wifi button and mute button all start blinking quickly every 4.5 seconds or so. 

I know hp has blinking codes, but these seem to be all short blinks. Any help appreciated. Thank you.

Sorry for the bad news -- but unless you bought this directly from HP, any support and warranty comes from the reseller where you bought this, not from HP.

So, if this is only a few days since you bought it, your best bet is to contact the reseller and arrange for a return and refund.
