Pavilion x360 m3 serial m3-u001dx

Hi - I bought the laptop in 2016 at bestbuy with a 2 year warranty plan that expired in september 2018. it now wont turn on. I took it to the geek squad to fix it and they said there was a recall and will not fix it.  They suggested that I call HP but there is no phone number to call.   How do I get this pc fixed? My son uses it at school and all of his stuff is on it.

Could you elaborate on what is the problem - the PC does not turn ON or OFF ? There is a mismatch between your text and the Subject... :ThumbUp: Thanks in advance

  • If the problem is that it does not turn ON and the problem is battery , then you may be entitled to a free one.

Please, check with HP directly. If you are in the USA, you may call toll free >> 1-(800)-474-6836

 

  • However, if the problem is that it does not shut down correctly (turn off), it may not be relayed to the battery.
