but bios dont seems to detect it like a boot device.
If i do f9 and select boot from efi file the system see my m.2 and can boot from it but in auto mode only see hdd

This is indeed interesting. AFAIK your ProBook 640 G1 is not compatible with an M.2 SSD.
Take a look at the following Maintenence & Service guide.
What slot did you put it in? Was it a WWAN slot?

That would involve hacking the BIOS.
The BIOS websites will be a place to find out how to do that or to have it done.
There is, of course, a risk involved and it is all yours.
