HP Recommended

Hello, I replaced the motherboard of my notebook (HP EliteBook 1030 G1) because the integrated graphics card had issues. The notebook is from 2016, so it's out of warranty. The new motherboard works fine, but upon startup, the following message with what appears to be a countdown appears on the screen: machine is not in committed state, system is booting in manufacturing mode. Can you help me?
