Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi my laptop have genuine parts and no repair or replacement done. But some day when I start, its showing error that product id,name,serial number etc are missing. Then i searched on net and try to put these details manualy. But i got an error "mpm is not unlocked. will not be able to set bios settings. please escalate with uuid to get smc blob to unlock mpm". Now I stuck in this stage. Plz help.
