Product: HP pavilion 17e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

My HP pavilion 17e is not charging but if you plug the charger it will just show red and off then if you press power button it will blink the white light three times and off, please you guys should help me to know the problem of the system whether is the motherboard or something else.
