my hp stream displays  this  " the system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could possibly allow a malicious user to gain control of this application HP computer

Please, I found this procedure recommended by Microsoft regarding the failure precisely mentioned by you:

Try applying it, if you can't, I recommend trying to install the system on your Laptop.
