Hi,

Most likely the Hard Drive has failed and needs to be replaced. You can replace with a 2.5" SATA3 SSD which will also give a boost in the everyday performance of the machine.

Example

You can then create a bootable USB drive with Windows on it (on a different PC) and then use to install Windows on the new drive

Hope it helps,

David
