My laptop screen is showing black screen showing operating system not installed. Version 1.18.0.0- BIOS

That test just confirms that it is possible to "physically" read from & write to the disk-drive

That test does not confirm that the "logical" contents of the disk-drive are not corrupted.

To load Windows, some files must be read from the disk-drive, to "start rolling the ball".

If those files are corrupt, or missing, then "no operating system (files) found" is the error-message.

Can you boot your computer from the Windows 10 Installation Media, and choose "repair" instead of choosing "install" ?
