Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop was working fine but when I turned it on Monday morning, I got a section of the screen saver, the laptop lights up, shows the mutated screensaver, and will just sit there.  It never boots.  I've tried the power reboot but it's not working.  HELP!
