Virtual Box is an application -- you uninstall it the same way you uninstall all other applications: Settings --> Apps.
But Virtual Box is a third-party (non-HP) app, so if you have trouble with that, you will have to contact their support forum for assistance, as we have no way to debug or solve issues with third-party apps.
