At start up page shows two logins for the same user name...one is a password and one is a numeric code.

Then pages like email and facebook load twice

Any software/hardware changes happen?

Did the computer went for any updates?

No changes that I know of.  I do all my own maintenance as i live in a small town.  I get one ssfromss Sarah Smith that asks for a pin number and another that asks for a password.  I didn't want to have to log in at all at startup so I think I was trying to fix it.  It's been a while.  That may be the reason everything double loads.  So gmail, hotmail and facebook will load and then load again right away.

In this case I would recommend you to try performing a push button reset but please take a back up of the data before trying this, since it would take it back to the factory settings.
