I'm having problems with my hp laptop and when I tried the hp diagnostics, they said it was incompatible with my computer and I should download a legacy version of the diagnostics, but I can't find that version! Please help.

Hi @SylviaH1,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP laptop and the diagnostics tool. It seems like you need to find a legacy version of the HP diagnostics tool that is compatible with your computer. Here are some steps you can take to address this issue.
- Visit HP Support Website: Go to the official HP support website. You can access it by visiting HP Support.
- Enter Your Laptop Model: Enter the model number or name of your HP laptop on the support website. This will help you find the specific support page for your laptop.
- Check for Diagnostics Tools: Look for diagnostic tools or utilities on the support page for your laptop model. There might be a section for drivers and downloads where you can find the necessary tools.
- Check System Documentation: Look into your laptop's user manual or any documentation that came with it. Sometimes, HP include information on diagnostic tools and how to access them.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
